I had spent the whole day drilling out mercury (silver) fillings, and was more wiped out, both physically and emotionally, that I had been in many years. My wife noticed my terrible condition, and insisted I go home immediately. There she filled the tub with hot water, put in a mysterious concoction, and ordered me to soak for about 20 minutes.

After 10 minutes or so I started to feel a semblance of being human again. As my feet and hands started to get wrinkled, I started feeling fabulous.

After getting out of the tub, I realized I felt better than I had for several weeks. There was a clarity, a calmness, a revitalization. I went to bed and had a peaceful, restful sleep.

The next morning I asked my wife “What was that stuff?” It was heavy metal/mercury detox clay that she had purchased at a whole body convention. It is made by LL’s Detox Clay Baths. Since then I take at least one bath a week, and feel a definite improvement in my clarity and energy levels.

The clay can be purchased at www.magneticclay.com. This site has a lot of great information on their products and on toxicity in general. It is called magnetic clay because the clay naturally has an opposite charge than the heavy metals, so it can pull the metals out of the body through the skin. The clay has not been treated in any manner, it is a totally natural product.

To take a bath, it is recommended that one get a stopper set, which consists of a fine strainer that fits in the drain to prevent clumps of clay from blocking up the plumbing, and a flat stopper to fit over the strainer. Both of these are available at almost any hardware or variety store.

As the clay will remove minerals/electrolytes along with heavy metals, it is mandatory that these be replenished before and after taking the bath.

* Mercury starts vaporizing at 40°, so you can imagine how much of it vaporizes off when the filling (which is 50% mercury) is touched by the drill, as the friction creates high heat. Even though we take numerous safety precautions, and keep the temperature down with cold water, I still breathe some mercury vapor and some of it gets absorbed through my skin.

The editor of Sarasota’s Natural Awakenings magazine notified us that we won the Nattie Award AGAIN. His message to us was: “As far as the 2009 Natural Choice Awards went, you were voted number one again this year overwhelmingly.”
