I strongly suspect it is at least partially contributing to some chronic health issues. I would like to have it extracted, but worry about how leaving that "hole" would impact my bite and the rest of my teeth. What are your office's options for this type of situation (in general terms, I know you can't be specific without seeing me personally.)?
